Designed to give you the basic tools to understand the 8 principles of Pilates and to use the reformer correctly. Aimed to get you ready to participate in Pilates reformer classes.


Pilates Reformer Session with Kathryn Coyle

A personalised Pilates Reformer session, focusing on good form and results. You will be closely supervised while working out on our pilates reformer machines.

Total Barre Pilates with Sam McLeod

A  Total Barre worksout is a fun and dynamic way to sculpt a sleek and lean physique. Total Barre Pilates is a combination of Pilates, Ballet, cardio and strength training.
